Beloit sophomore guard Bailey Brown has been named the NCKS Sports.com/Cunningham Telephone & Cable Athlete of the Week. 

Brown continues to improve her game as a sophomore and has played a key role in the Lady Trojan's 10-4 record. At the McPherson Tournament, Brown scored a team high 13 points, dished 3 assists, and had 4 steals, to go along with 2 three-pointers in a 39-36 win over Andale.  On Friday against McPherson, she led the team with 5 assists and on Saturday, she scored 12 points and had 3 steals against Salina Central.  On Tuesday against Republic County, Brown shared team high honors with 10 points in a Trojan win.
   

Brown is averaging 9 points, 4 assists, and 3 steals per game on the season.
