Eilert had an outstanding career at St. John's/Tipton, where she scored 1,284 points, good for 15.8 ppg.  She also averaged 6.5 rpg in her four years.  In the past three seasons, she helped St. John's/Tipton to a record of 63-8 and three straight undefeated regular season league titles.  She was also the leading scorer as a Sophomore when the Lady Jays won the 1A-DII State Championship.  Unfortunately, Eilert's high school career was cut short due to an ACL injury this season.  She still led the Lady Jays, despite playing in just over half of her team's games, averaging 17.2 ppg and 7.2 rpg  Before her injury, she was averaging 20.4 ppg in the first nine games of the season.  Eilert was a 1st team All-State pick as a Sophomore and Junior and was 2nd team All-State this past season, as well as being a 1st Team All-NPL selection each of the last three seasons.
