Southeast of Saline Senior Daniel Kejr has been named the NCKSSports.com/Cunningham Telephone and Cable Athlete of the Week.

Kejr has helped lead Southeast of Saline to a 10-0 record and an appearance in the 2A state quarterfinals.  In the Trojans' 36-28 win over Kingman in the regional playoff matchup last Friday, Kejr went 10-19 for 152 yards and two touchdowns passing and added 22 carries for 99 yards and another score.  A two-way player, he also led the Trojans with 12 tackles and had a fumble recovery on defense.

For the season, Kejr has throw for 1,270 yards and 11 touchdowns.  He has completed 65% of his pass attempts at 96-148.  He has also rushed for 818 yards and 12 touchdowns, averaging 5.3 yards per carry.  Kejr also has 54 total tackles with five for loss, a sack, two interceptions and two fumble recoveries this season.
